The general conditions of sales are concluded between the person carrying out a purchase on the site of a sale online at and the Company REDBROS ltd. The person carrying out the purchase must be over 16 years old.

The purchaser admits to having taken knowledge of these General Conditions of Sales and accepts them. The validation of the order by the customer involves the acceptance without any reserve of these General Conditions of Sale.

The present general conditions of sale (hereafter the “CGV”) govern the conditions and methods of sales of the whole of the presented product/s, by the company REDBROS ltd, on its Internet site (hereafter the “Site”), with any major person, having the quality of consumer, within the meaning of the preliminary article of the Code of consumption, as well as the capacity (hereafter the “Purchaser”).

REDBROS ltd reserves the right to modify at any time the CGV. The modifications are opposable to the Buyers as from their setting online and cannot apply to the transactions concluded before. A copy of the CGV applicable to the date of the order is available on request of the Purchaser.


3.1 Characteristics of the products

The characteristics of the products you order are indicated on the pages of the website REDBROS commits itself to present the products in the most faithful way possible.

All the proposed products are in conformity with the French legislation.

Only the information on the product sheet is valid as proof between Redbros and the buyer. This information can be modified or deleted by the seller REDBROS.

3.2 Product availability

The seller REDBROS undertakes to ship all products ordered and paid by the buyer within the limits of available stocks.

If a product is out of stock after the completion of the buyer’s order, REDBROS will inform the customer by email or telephone and will offer him/her the following options

  • A refund equivalent to the value of the product in relation
  • A credit note equivalent to the value of the out of stock product, credited to the customer’s account
  • An exchange

In the case of a refund request, REDBROS commits to refund the customer within a maximum of 3 working days from the day of the customer’s request. The refund will be made directly to the bank account used for the payment of the order.


4.1 Generalities

For deliveries of REDBROS products within the European Union, the prices indicated are inclusive of all taxes and do not include any preparation and delivery costs.

For deliveries outside the European Union, the prices are expressed without any taxes. The Customer undertakes to pay, where applicable, all taxes that may be required by the country of delivery, including value added tax and any customs duties. These duties may be requested by the carrier. REDBROS cannot be held responsible if the Customer does not pay these taxes and duties. In case of refusal by the Customer, REDBROS reserves the right to charge the Customer the shipping and return costs of the package and a fixed cost of order preparation (variable depending on the order: 5€ to 15€).

The valid price is the one displayed on the product sheet at the date of purchase.

Delivery fees may be charged with your order depending on its total amount and the country of delivery of the order.

The amount (product price and shipping costs) indicated in the order confirmation by REDBROS is the total price to be paid by the Customer.

REDBROS ltd reserves the right to change its prices at any time.

The total price of the paid order includes:

  • The total price of the bought products with the possible reductions deduced.
  • The expenses of preparation of the order.
  • The shipping costs of the order.

4.2 Price changes

Within the framework of commercial operations, flash sales or promotion, the prices posted can evolve with the fall temporarily on a duration of time indicated on the site.

These possible price decreases cannot be the subject of a request for reimbursement from the buyer if he had paid the product(s) at a higher price outside the promotion period. On the other hand, redbros is obliged to respect the prices displayed on the day of the validation of the order, even in case of increase.

4.3 Errors in the display of prices

The prices displayed are subject to visible errors. In the event of an obvious error in the display of prices, Redbros undertakes to contact the customer and offer to pay the price difference or to cancel the order if desired.


  • In order to validate the order, the buyer must follow several steps:
  • He/she selects the products he/she wishes to buy on the website among the offer available on the website.
  • He must identify himself (account already created) or create a customer account on the site by providing the necessary information (name, first name, physical address, phone number, email).
  • The buyer validates the information relating to his order (products, price, address).
  • The buyer chooses the type of delivery and the method of payment he wants
  • The buyer accepts the present GTC (check box)
  • The buyer validates his order via a secure payment module (Stripe).

This last step constitutes the irrevocable acceptance of the sales contract.

A summary of his order is sent to him via an email confirmation of his order

We reserve the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute.


6.1 General information

Except in exceptional cases, all products in an order will be delivered at once. The products will be delivered to the delivery address that the customer will have indicated at the time of the validation of his order.

For orders including one or more products unavailable at the time of shipment, Redbros reserves the right to ship the order without the unavailable products. In this case, the buyer will be refunded or credited with a credit note equivalent to the amount of the unavailable products.

Upon receipt of the products, the customer must check the condition of the products he/she has purchased.

6.2 Delivery mode and rates

Several types of delivery are possible according to the choice of the customer.
